Serves 4 Sandwiches Per Bag

  • 10 Ounces Ribeye, thin slices, organic
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 Tbs EVOO
  • 1 Small Red Onion
  • ½ Pound Baby Sweet Peppers, sliced diagonally
  • 1 Cup Frozen Fire Roasted Sweet Potatoes
  • 2/3 Cup Sour Cream or Crema (Chef used sour cream)
  • 1 Cup Grated Jack Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Ready. Chef. Go!® Oven and Grilling Bag

Toss the ribeye slices with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Slice the red onion and stir into meat. Cut the tops off the peppers and cut peppers on the diagonal. Remove any clumps of seeds. Add in a few jalapeños or serranos if you like it spicy, keep hot chili seeds for additional spice. Stir in peppers, yams, and sour cream. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top, stir in slightly, and load into bag. Seal the bag.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: BBQ over indirect heat or roast in a 450 oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Let rest for 3 minutes before opening the bags. Serve with grilled buns with melted cheese slices.

Garnish with salsa, fresh herbs, pickled peppers, and more.

NOTE: Ready. Chef. Go! bags allow for excellent texture and fast high heat cooking in the oven or on the BBQ grill. The results are always succulent and tender. You’ll taste the difference. Virtually no clean up. No smoke on the grill, superb crave-ability. Excellent flavor!
