Recipes serve 1 to 4 boxed meals depending on the size of the box used.

Organic Roasted Duck Holiday Meal

  • 4 to 16 Ounces Roasted Organic Duck Legs or Breast Slices
  • ½ to 2 Cups Garlic Infused Wild Rice Medley, fully cooked
  • 1 to 4 Maple & Mustard Seed Roasted Organic Apples, whole or cut in half
  • Small or Large Microwave Box with tab lid and 2 compartment insert

Roasted Heirloom Squash, Persimmon, & Cranberry Holiday Fare

  • 5 to 20 Ounces Brown Butter Herb Roasted Carnival & Delicata Squash Medley
  • ½ to 2 Cups Fuyu Persimmon, raw peeled wedges
  • ½ to 1 ½ Cups Whole Cranberries, raw
  • Fresh Sage Leaves & Sprigs (optional)
  • Small or Large Microwave Box with tab lid

Organic Roasted Duck Holiday Meal

Add the flavorful wild rice medley to the boxes. Tuck the apples into the rice and nestle in the duck pieces attractively. For the two-compartment tab box with insert, add the wild rice and apples to the large compartment, then load up the duck into the smaller side. The smaller side will hold up to 8 generous duck breast slices, serving up to 4. Use lids to securely close the boxes.

Conventional Oven: Bake in an oven at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes for tab box only.

Microwave: Heat for 2 to 4 minutes.

For either preparation method: Let rest for 2 minutes before opening the boxes. Garnish with flavorful gravy and fresh herbs. The recipe combined the pan drippings from the roasted duck with the remaining maple and mustard seed apple flavoring for a scrumptious savory and sweet holiday sauce.
