Serves 2 Per Cooking Container

  • 2 Organic Pork Loin Chops, bone-in or boneless (Recipe used one of each)
  • 1 Cup Spinach Artichoke Dip, chilled (Cream cheese-based preferred for firm texture)
  • 1 ½ Cups Marinated Vegetables (Recipe used organic Romanesco cauliflower florets and lime slices marinated with white miso and Moroccan preserved lemon)
  • 1 Ready. Chef. Go!® Tab Lid Oven & Microwave Cooking Box with Divider

    Use a sharp paring knife to cut a deep slit into each chop and pack in the chilled spinach artichoke dip. Press the chops closed. Load the chops into the box attractively. The boxes are relatively deep so you can stack and arrange pork loin chops for visual effect. Tuck the marinated vegetables in around the stuffed pork chops. Close the tabbed box.

    COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Roast in an oven at 350 to internal temperature 145 for 25 to 30 minutes.

    Let rest for 2 minutes before opening the box to finish steaming the dish. Garnish with fresh tomato wedges and fresh herbs like rosemary, thyme, or marjoram.
