Salmon Mushroom Keto Power Bowl

This easy-to-make, delicious, keto and paleo-friendly salmon power bowl can be put together from start to finish in as little as 4 minutes.

Serves 1 per box

  • 5 to 6 Ounces Wild Caught Salmon Filet
  • 1 ½ Tsp Favorite Salted Spice Blend (Recipe used Everson Lemon Rosemary Sprinkle with Paprika added for color interest)
  • 1 Cup Cooked Wild Mushroom Medley
  • 1 Ready. Chef. Go!® Large Cooking Container

    Load the cooked mushrooms into the box. Top the salmon with the salted spice blend and press in slightly. Slice the salmon filet into 3 to 5 slices and arrange attractively on top of the mushroom medley. Place the cover on the box.

    COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Microwave on high 1 ½ minutes. Let rest for 1 minute before opening the box to let the dish steam to completion.

    Garnish with chives, scallions and lemon, or lime wedges.
