Serves 2 to 8 depending on bags

Small Steam Bag OSZ75104BGP

  • 1 Pound Pear Medley, slices (I used Packham, Bosc, Red Bartlett, Abate Fetel & D’Anjou)
  • 2/3 Cup Jam (I used Persimmon Caramel Jam)
  • 1 Cup Fresh Raspberries

    Trim & core the pears & cut into thick slices lengthwise. Place into bags & top w/ jam. Add the fresh raspberries on top. Seal the bags.

    COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Let bag rest for 1 min before opening bag to finish steaming to perfection. Garnish w/ whipped cream, herb sprig (lemon verbena) & more fresh raspberries.
