8 to 10 Servings Per Bag

  • 3 Pound Boneless Turkey Breast, skin on, brined
  • 2 Tbs EVOO
  • 1/2 Tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Large Lemon, slices
  • (Opt) 1 Medium Red Onion, sliced
  • (Opt) 1 Large Sprig Rosemary, Bay leaves, Thyme Bouquet, etc.
  • 2 Tbs Butter
  • 1 Ready. Chef. Go!® Oven and Grilling Bag

Rinse the brine off the turkey breast and pat dry. Rub EVOO onto the skin, sprinkle with black pepper, and load into the bag on top of the parchment paper layer. Put the onion slices along the sides and the lemon slices on top. Add in fresh herbs decoratively and dot with pats of butter all over the top.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Bring to room temperature for one hour. Roast at 400 degrees until the internal temperature is 155. Start temping at 1 hour and 15 minutes. Insert the thermometer into the thickest part of the breast.

Let rest in the sealed bag for 20 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs and lemon slices as well as all the holiday side dishes and fixings.

NOTE: Ready. Chef. Go! bags allow for excellent texture and fast high heat cooking in the oven or on the BBQ grill. The results are always succulent and tender.
