Serves 2 to 8 depending on bags

Tall Steam Bag OSZ75114BGP

  • ½ Pound French Green Beans, Haricot Vert
  • ¼ Pound Portobello Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 Ounces Pesto

    Load the beans vertically into the bag & top w/ the pesto. Then place the mushroom slices on top. Seal the bags.

    COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Let bag rest for 1 min before opening bag to finish steaming to perfection. Garnish w/ Pimento Cheese** & scallions, fresh greens, like frsee endive & edible petals.

    **Organic Pimento Cheese

    8 Ounces Cream Cheese
    1½ Cups Organic Crema
    8 Ounces Roasted Red Peppers, chopped
    3 Tbs Italian Bamba Hot Pepper Sauce (Trader Joe’s or favorite hot chili paste)
    2 Tbs Hatch Chili Flakes (Trader Joe’s or favorite chili flakes)
    2 Tsp Black Pepper
    1 Large Clove Garlic, microplane grate
    2/3 Pound TJ’s Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, coarsely grated
    ¾ Pound TJ’s Cheddar Medley Cheese, coarsely grated

    Stir all to combine & chill.
